So, the fan rotation speed may vary from ~800RPM to ~1500RPM with maximum 27.2dBA of noise and 56.CFM airflow. The Rifle bearing of the fan is guaranteed to run 40,000 hours. The protective plastic film on top of the cooler base doesn’t serve any real protective function:
