Halo: Combat Evolved

I would like to veer a little bit away from the very beginning. As you probably know, FSAA cannot be enabled on NVIDIA graphics cards in this game. Therefore, we decided not to provide the results demonstrated by solutions from ATI Technologies, because it would be unfair. Anyway, this game is very demanding and enabling FSAA would surely lead to tremendous drop of the fps rate below the comfortable gaming level.

What do we see here? The newcomer from NVIDIA manages to compete with RADEON 9800 XT quite successfully due to ForceWare technology. The second position has been split between RADEON 9800 PRO and GeForce FX 5900. Te remaining testing participants simply failed to provide any acceptable gaming performance at all in this beautiful and exciting shooter. These are the new generation games and they are going to be more and more numerous with the time.
