Another record we created also presents a real situation, which may take place in the game, however, this time there are huge water surfaces there. And of course, the water is drawn with pixel shaders. Moreover, this time we had to fight a few monsters, which led to severe injuries of three zombies and two crows :)

No wonder that RADEON 9800 XT/PRO and RADEON 9500 PRO appeared among the leaders in high-end and mainstream tests. The latter is definitely more suitable for next-generation games, than the RADEON 9600 XT/PRO working at higher frequencies but lacking a few important things. In applications like that the pipelines cannot be too many. :)

GeForce FX solutions are slowly crawling in the very end of the crowd tending to win no serious prize. Although this time GeForce FX 5900 and 5950 Ultra still manage to ensure more or less sufficient performance for comfortable gaming. Of course, everything may change for the better for GeForce FX when the final version of the game is finally released, but so far the situation looks as follows.
