Performance

We can’t get along without our traditional performance tests. The testbed was configured using the following hardware:

  • Intel Pentium 4 560 CPU (LGA775, 3.6GHz);
  • Mainboards:
    • Foxconn 925A01-8EKRS2 (i925X Express);
    • Foxconn 915A01-8EKRS2 (i915X Express);
    • ABIT AA8 DuraMAX (i925X Express);
    • ASUS P5AD2 Premium (i925X Express);
    • ASUS P5GD2 Premium (i915X Express);
    • Intel Desktop Board D925XCV (i925X Express).
  • 1024MB DDR2-533 SDRAM (OCZ PC2 4300, 2 x 512MB, 4-4-4-11).
  • Tul (PowerColor) X800XT graphics card;
  • Maxtor MaXLine III 250GB HDD (Serial ATA-150).

The tests were run in Windows XP Service Pack 2.

The results of the tests follow below:
