I installed the tuner management software from the accompanying CD, just to make sure once again that this CD-disc can go directly into garbage. This software is not only primitive and poor, it doesn’t support most of the decoder features and has very miserable interface.

The software doesn’t allow capturing freeze-frames, that is why I had to use another utility. However, despite the origin of this tuner I was pretty happy with the TV picture quality provided by it. Taking into account that PV951T is cheaper than the competing products, this solution turns out a very attractive purchase. The screenshots below will give you a better idea of what this model is capable of.
