When we switch to the “eye candy” settings, the graphics cards on ATI’s R520/R580 chips just have the same speed irrespective of display resolution. They are a little slower than the GeForce 7800 GTX 512 in the hardest case, yet the frame rate they provide (95-96fps) should be quite enough for any gamer.
