The Radeon HD 2600 XT loses to the GeForce 8600 GTS just as it did in the previous tests, except for Call of Juarez. And like in Call of Juarez neither card can ensure comfortable gaming conditions at 1280x1024 if you select the highest level of detail. You can try to achieve an acceptable speed by disabling FSAA, lowering the level of detail or switching into a lower resolution, but the game visuals will suffer as a consequence. If you don’t want this kind of compromise, you have to buy a more advanced graphics card. The same is true for the GeForce 8600 GT which performs even slower than the Radeon HD 2600 XT. <%BANNER[banner_468x30]%>
