What is the correct directory structure for installing the Adaptec 21960N SCSI drivers with Windows 2000? I've downloaded the drivers from Adaptec's web site and tried the format they have them .zip'ed under; I've changed it around in addition to that to see if it would read them, and it wouldn't. I've tried a different floppy disk, I've tried a different floppy drive also. Nothing seems to work, so I'm thinking it's the structure of the directories for the drivers Windows 2000 is looking for, and it's just incorrect. If anyone can offer me any suggestions or a web site with help related to my question, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Bobby

Would you recommend changing the maxglist setting? I find with the latest in tape drives such as LTO3 to get the best performance you need to modify that parameter. A dual SCSI hba server where one is dedicated to disk and the other to tap will share that same param change in the registry that improve performance for the disk.
I have made your suggested changes plus the maxlist chage to ff. This allows larger block size transfers to tape and improve performance there considerably. If you think this maxglist change is not such a healthy thing in light of disks being used on the HBA, I would be interested in hearing what I might be getting into
