1. well it's october anyway...

2. First, the 6800 ultra performs quite well - and there isn't anything harder coming down in the near future to bring it to its knees. (feel free to correct me if I mistated things)

Second, both companies spent a fortune making the latest and greatest, and if its holding up well then why worry?

Third, with SLI, if you feel pressured for better, just slip another card alongside the first and bam you'll have 70% or better increase in power.

Seems to make sense to me!
