Hi: I have a problem with this item. On my desktop, I used to be able to use this USB to copy data from my computer and transfer it to my laptop. Now I cannot copy data into it. The Error Copying File or Folder appear. The error message is: Cannot copy Name of File: cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
Can you help please.
