1. Blimey! Good research from QQ? Has the world gone mad? ;) I think I shall have to pay more attention to their developments in the future then. Mind you, III-V semiconductors are typically expensive and present manufacturing difficulties -- GaAs is a III-V substrate too.

2. We prolly wont see a processor with the newly PR'ed technology till 5 years from now.

Trust me on this one... it's just a little snufu to boost stock and build a little moral support around the company.
