I hope that these Turion based platforms will succeed. WHY?

Centrino is excellent! But its monopolist, you can only get a centrino from ONE manufacture (in fact all the system came from one manufacture), and they all have the same specs. There is no competition here (price/performance/features).

I hope one day all manufactures sees what INTEL really is (nvidia been new they will see too) and start getting less support to them.
