The most miraclus thing here is how Intel would meet up with the performance of AMD on dual cores knowing that their architecture is not that favourable to heat decipation. All authentic evidences is proving that the dual core are less cooler compared to the single ones in their temprature terms. Now on Intel, the higher the clock speed on the single core chips the higher the heat decipation and now they are suggesting water cooling to PCs. What will then happen to the ones with dual core chips. I don't think there would be anything less than refrigration for the dual cores at 4GHz and above for Intel chips in dual cores.
