Pentium 4 is like a very small engine running 20000rpm. It heats up like hell but won't give you much power. You can cool your small engine with liquid nitrogen and add another 20000rpm but I just can't see the point in that. Someone with even a moderate amount of intelligence would redesing the engine and make it raceworthy with rpm that won't superheat the engine or make it unstable/unefficient in anyway.
It's just funny that fuel economy is coming to prosessors allso. Intel promises to cut the powerconsumption in half. This reminds me of the Oil crisis of the 70's :)
