1. I think that overclocking is not an issue here !!
It shouldnt be taken into account !!
We all know that passive coolers dont work well with overclocking.
Who buys this card want silence, not overclocking !!

2. I agree. This card is not meant for overclocking but for silent setups

Still, X700 is history now with the new X800GT and X800GTO.
