Quake 4 wasn't mentioned either, which has some of the more performance improving multi core support that I've seen.

Titles such as Battlefield 2 and World Of Warcraft however, I haven't seen any evidence that performance is improved much if at all with dual-core CPUs, so I wonder if they're just thrown in there to appeal to more of a mass market.

im pretty sure that BF2 doesnt perform better on a dual core than on a single processor. When i turn of my second proceesor in my Pentium D, the game performs exactliy the same.
