again and again it has been mentioned by xbitlabs that in future games, the 48 shaders of the R580 will be benefitial.
However, test/benchmark results tend to differ, because in the latest mods of games/engines - FarCry HDR and Source HDR the Geforce has a clear lead. HDR is clearly a shader intesive operation/mode, then how is the slow speed of r580 explained????
