THE TEST WAS POOR!!!!

Test the CPU-Cooler as it supposes to work and do!!!! Not another way around???
Test it with the fan “Temperature” control active in Bios and you will se total different results!!!!
The Review was not good at all!!! :(

It’s like test a Sport car “Ferrari” on the Gear 1, and then say:

* Top speed was only 110km/h on the “Ferrari” on Gear 1!

*“ Fiat Uno” had a Top speed at 160km/h on Gear 5!

Winner “Fiat Uno”

Hope you all get the point what I mean! ;)

I'm not sure if you should be concerned about the bottom that is in contact with the processor not being 'neat'. From what I understand, if there are tiny tiny grooves, such as the milling work, it provides a better surface to make the thermal paste more efficient.

Nevertheless, once it's installed, no one sees it anyway.
