No way the cpu's choosen effect the benchmarks :) Should have choosen cpu's that are equal to get meaningfull results.

Do you really expect us to believe this? Whereas, I can believe the x3000 defeats a 6150, there is no way in the world a gma950 defeats a 6150. Also, the cpu's are completely mismatched in the benchmarks. Do you know anything about computers?

Also, obvious from the encoding and decoding (cpu driven) wise this benchmarks are ridiculous misleading and flat out wrong. If u choose comparable cpu's then the 6150 w/ video hardware codecs and purevideo would completely wax the gma950!

Hey dumbass....

G965 chipset graphics is the X3000. The GMA 950 is part if the 945 chipset.

Freaking dumbass. Different chipsets. The 945 is (over) a year old. Intel knew to run Aero they'd have to come up with something not-so-crappy.

Looks like they did.

AMD's "Better by Design" marketing.
FarCry appeared to utilize more graphics features and to run much faster on AMD/Nvidia in this comparison of 6150 vrs GMA-X3000.
I wonder if FarCry is a best case for AMD for some reason, and whether more recent and future Intel graphics drivers will bring the performance up. Certainly Intel will implement more of the graphics features, as the Xbit article says.
It's difficult for me to reconcile this benchmark with Xbit's more extensive testing. I found Xbit's article very illuminating, if disappointing with regard to AMD's integrated graphics.

I'd love to see updated benchmarks with the G965 & the new 14.27 drivers (http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/filter_ esults.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=2576&OSFullName Windows*+XP+Professional&lang=eng&strOSs=44&su mit=Go%21)

the core 2 duo would of help the results of the Intel GPU as most of its done in software

its an old review but the 2 cpus used was not same or about the same remotely at all

allso do not know if the drivers was updated or used from web site ignoreing the disks that come with them as i would of go tthem from Intels web site and Nvidias one (get the chipset drivers that auto installs the video card then the Nvida video driver as thats more up to date) same thing goes for the intel one as well

Is this MB compatible with 2GB DMM modules?
