They are not providing drivers for Vista 64-bit OS.

4. WD Mybook series with Fw800 is really really sucks.
That would be the one of worst product I have ever bought. If you are interested in this product please check google search with "WD Mybook firewire issue". Then you'll notice why you shouldn't buy this garbage.
