While the TAT results look normal, the sudden jump in the OCCT temperature measurement after 7.5 minutes and almost completely flat plateau thereafter look suspicious. Are you quite certain that the CPU wasn't reducing its duty cycle (throttling) under these conditions? The difference between the 75°C measured with OCCT and the 79.8°C peak from TAT could easily be explained by differences of calibration between the on-chip and off-chip thermal monitors. Did you check with a program capable of reading ACPI thermal zone temperatures (e.g. Speedfan, TAT etc.) what the temperature was while OCCT was reporting 75°C?

It costs like BT or Ninja but it is inferior to BT or Ninja... So the choice is clear.) It will be successfull on markets where Scythes or BigTyphoons are missing. Unfortunetly BT indeed is missing in our shops now.(( but OCZ Vindicator can become a good replacement to it.
When wll finally come an equivalent to Tuniq Tower 120 but much more widely distributed?
