"4.20ms average latency"
Error in WD spec list (error on WD website etc).
Average rotational latency for a 5400rpm drive should be approx. '5.55ms' (2/(rpm/60)). A 7200rpm drive (which it isn't) would have approx. '4.17ms'.
I think people who do PR and marketing don't know maths.
