Intel, AMD, IBM and Sun are like the only companies that have state of the art manufacturing.
This is sad for AMD. :(
I hope TSMC will catch up soon, and UMC are showing signs of doing the same, though UMC is a bit behind TSMC.

Don't believe this B.S. AMD is NOT closing their Fabs. They have been "outsoucing" some CPU production to Asia for the past two years. These ANALysts on Wall Street don't have a friggin CLUE what is actually happening in the PC industry and a lot of them SHILL for Intel which results in multi-billion dollar profits on stock movement.
