The latter’s performance isn’t exactly brilliant, yet the average _frame rage_ is never lower than 30fps (35fps with the overclocked card from MSI).

Strangely, I have the single slot sized cooling HSF of the MSI 8600GTS (plust it's bundled with Company of Heroes) And I did notice a very significant increase of performance with this card! Bang for your buck I'd say!
