1. I hope you review Zalman's HSF for the 8x00 series that is supposed to launch this month.

2. zalman is all Hype not even worth it to buy, the gigabyte looks sweet but expensive
so the Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 is the best choice

3. I understand that the Zalman VNF100 is intended to be a passive cooler, but it would have been nice to see TWO 80mm FANS strapped to this baby and tested again. Would it be possible for xbitlabs to try this as an update to this article? I'm sure others would have liked to see this done too.

5. I just installed the Zalman VNF100 on an Nvidia 7600GT in a Silverstone TJ08 case. This case gives excellent airflow from front to rear with its 120mm fans. Cpu is an AMD 64 X2 4200+ with a Thermaltake TMG A2 cooler. Due to the excellent airflow in this case, I've removed the fan from the cpu cooler. cpu temp and graphics card temps stay slightly above ambient with a light load. Heavy load pushes the temps up by about 20 deg F.
OS here is Mepis 6.5 Linux
