1. Its wonderful. But it seems that the design is not very efficient in scalability. 500MHz-1W vs 1000MHz-3.5W that's 250% higher TDP for 50% higher clock. If TDP can be scaled well with CPU speed, Via can embarrass Intel and AMD

They already did, look at the C7-M and how it compared to higher cocked Pentium M, Celeron M, Sempron and Turion64s.
Its quite amazing, half the power and slighty better IPC to boot. As well as some real nice features.
