Try auto for cpu voltage, i use 6320 and with any voltage cannot overclock well but with auto cpu voltage stable at 500 fsb, surprise, also check mod bios by polygon at rebelshavenforum.com

I got one after the so many good reviews of the past of the T-series.

I can only say, after I have used so many many boards in my lifetime :

ONe big SUCK and one tremendous let down of expectations. It is nothing more than a motherboard. I'm sorry to say this but ASUS remains the best board for me - at enthusiast level that is. Go figure.

I have this mobo (TP35D2-A7 non-deluxe) for about 3 months now, got e2180 on it, have it @ 8x425, no serious problems except no PL setting in bios and reboot causes the mobo to shut down then power up again, but it happens only when past 400fsb.

I have tried it on e6750 and it worked fine @485 FSB, but anything past that wouldn't post.

Oh, and I am using polygon's moded bios, was also using updated original, but I find polygon;s a tad better. Currently I am using latest BIOS version, but I was using 630, 821 etc.

I payed 68 euros for the motherboard. I agree that Asus P5K is better it was it 130e euros at that time. I have my e2180 M0 stable @3400mhz for everyday use, and I am contempt with the mobo. I doubt that ASUS would get me anything better since this biostar is working fine here.

@author of the review: maybe you could do an update to the test using newset official BIOS from biostar.

cheers

Great review of these two boards. I purchased a TP35D2-A7 board in 02/09 and installed an Intel E2180. OCing to 2.4GHz in the configuration setup froze the system. Put it back to stock 2.0 and its regained stability. What is at issue here for me is that the accompanying CD would not display the T-Power utility. Nor any of the other possible tools that may be on the CD. Frustrating. I've emailed Biostar USA about this issue and they have yet to respond in the last few weeks. I'd still like to OC, but at a stable configuration. Its tough finding a Pentium D P35 board anymore other than this Biostar offering that will accommodate the E2180. Nube at overclocking and this is my first shot at it.
