I feel hopesless with LG and Samsung. But LG BH200 and Samsung BDP-1200 provide poor HD-DVD/BluRay playback quality against Sony and Pioneer's "reference" solution.

Yes, you can say that Sony and Pioneer charge too much for a single format player. But provide none of the LG, Samsung or Toshiba provide a product that can fully unleash the full quality of 1080p video, I really can't say Sony and Pioneer is overpricing.

God, f'r chrissake, will somebody just make an official decision as to which of these disks are the standard. If this keeps going on, HVD will come out and BAM no more HD DVD o Blu-Ray.
