1. I wish someone would furnish stats on just how many machines are bought strictly for qaming, and thoughs bought for general everday computer use.
I am beginning to believe that this kind of mb etc are more for the Intel AMD race for tops in performance as to the need for such a mother board.

I agree. This is just more evidence that AMD's senior level management is totally incompetent.

I wonder if AMD would be in a better position today if they kept Jerry Sanders as CEO rather than Hector Ruiz. AMD had far more "vision" back in those days. Today AMD is a follower of Intel rather than the creative inventor of days past.

It also seems a number of high level management is "jumping ship" recently.

3. All of you are jealous because you can't afford such a highend board, Quad FX cpu, and that's why you people complain. If that was given to you for free, would you not accept it because it's not "for everyday computer use"?

4. Have you heard of Skulltrail ? NO ? Intel's version of this and a LOT more expensive.

5. Looks to me like there are only 6 SATA ports here. I'm running the L1N64 and the 12 SATA ports is part of what attracted me to it. I wonder why there would be a reduction?

6. You guys are about to change all your melodious tunes you've been singing about Intel's superiority to AMD just in a little while. You should have known better by now that AMD has some very serious surprise for you. You will find out very shortly. I wouldn't want you to change these crazy comments about AMD. The only hindrance AMD has for now is the TLB issues and when that is over the game is also over. I believe too much to be distracted to Intel camp. I remain in AMD's cabinet for real and it’s too late to drift away. When AMD is back fully on track with serious benchmarks I would want your comment at those times as well.
