1. I want an Dedicated Intel GPU. None of that integrated crap.

 Yeah, I agree with you. Larrabee sounds good, but my intuition says it will be pricey $$$.

2. Nvidia and AMD will have far surpassed this type of projected performance by 2010. Intel will still be left in the dust by these two companies unless they can deliver far more than just 4x R600 or G80 performance.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. NVidia and ATI will be pretty far ahead, specially if the R700 will indeed introduce a multi-core GPU architecture. If that happens then we should see a real boom in terms of graphics performance. Still ,Intel could represent a viable alternative in the budget segment.
