How to give have a bogus review (from people who should know better - Uncle Sam...) in 7 easy steps. From the Nvidia style manual:

1. CPU limited system
2. Use known cheat drivers 45.xx
3. Discard known lack of trilinear/mip/AF/AA issues in all results from 45.xx
4. Don't include any modern games
5. Avoid DX9 (esp PS2.0) games/synthetic tests
6. Avoid IQ discussion, just focus on max FPS - just like the old days...
7. Wait for Det 50.xx drivers. They'll fix everything...

ATI wins all but one bench when you max AA on both cards. Nvidia couldn't even use max AA at 1600x1200 in several benchmarks.

Makes a clear statement to me.
