Damn, I wish I could find the site (pcper.com?) but somebody found MUCH better results than this with the HR03+.

This cooler would have a VERY limited user base

When you look at the pro's/con's the default cooler wins hands down and costs nothing

I'm not sure what happened w/ the temps, perhaps there's a problem w/ the heatsink?

My results mirror what Blacklash has reported.

I've use this cooler -- It works well. Especially earlier this year when nVidia's vista drivers errored out depending on heat generation.

A suggestion: Mount the cooler so it takes up extra blank slots (as opposed to flipping over the back of the video card). Now open up the tabs on those slots so the vent to outside air. Now ziptie a decent fan so it blows air along the cooler and out the slots. You'll get much higher exhaust rate than with nVidia's default cooler, and the hot exhaust air won't have to pass over your cpu before exiting the case.
