All of these patent lawsuits is getting ridiculous!
It's like someone inventing a simple windows lock and then all of a sudden that person is bashed with lawsuits saying he copied designs and violated patents from persons A-Z!

This is disguisting. Fan with variable speed? Are they joking?! They could also patent use of plastic, aluminuim and metal in making of PC, so everyone else must use silver and gold :). This patent shit is another try to globalize market even more. But now they have more problems with this shit than small companies, which they intended to destroy in the first place :)
