1. Geeee how hard was to build two names:
3650 DDR3 version
3640 DDR2 version

AMD did a great achievement with the 3xxx series getting rid of the XTX/XT/PRO/GT/LE/SE suffix and now instead of building the 3610/3630/3650/3670/3690 no.... there is only one the 3650 how more dumb can it be...
I'm pretty sure the DDR2 version is more towards the OEM but even so.

2. Well AMD needs to do something. I suppose these chips could bring more value for the money. I don't expect they would see much gaming but it would be nice to run all the 3d screen savers smoothly. This segment is all about the volume to OEMs so hopefully they'll provide some good value and we'll see some benchmarks on these cards soon.
