bull ... 5% failure means 5 in 100 people have the problem. I know a lot more than 5 people who have had issues (even multiple times, and including myself). I like how Microsoft enjoys pulling numbers of out their asses sometimes

I just got the RROD today
good thing that the warranty is for 3 years

This was my replacement unit from 6 months ago
This RROD came at a good time,since i was going to have exams anyway

Hopefully i'll get a falcon as a replacement

I agree that 16% is a total lie. I personally know over 25 XBOX 360 owners and all but 1 have had to send their unit in for repairs.

Maybe they transposed the numbers....16% being good and 84% bad. :)
