So what about IBM z10, its probably leaps and bounds better than IBM PowerPC 440 chips in BGL.

As much as I applaud the use of off-the-shelf technology, the lack of ECC frame buffer on EVERY production video card means that soft errors will go undetected, and potentially tainting researches and ruining financial records that are processed by the GPGPUs.
