Seharunya untuk menyandang generasi ke sembilan setidaknya lompatan kinerjanya seperti seri 7900 ke 8800 dimana terjadi peningkatan performa 100 %, sedangkan untuk 9800GX2 cuman dua buah chip 8800 gts yang dijadikan satu,

22. I curently own an Sapphire HD 3870 X2 crossfirXed with an HIS 3870 ICEQ3 turbo edition on a DFI lanparty RDX200 CF DR With an OPTY 185 DC OCed @ 3 GHZ. Other than a few setup problems at he very begining it has worked flawless very stable. I just have not run into the problems you have had. CrossfireX enables I can game with very descent FPS even at the higghest resolutions. yes ther are titles that need work but unless you need 100 FPS on each game becuase you have super human eyesthere are no issues. I enable V SYNC and play games how they where meant to be played. I also have an 8800 GTX ultra while most game play very very well with this card at higher resolutions is just not as strong as the 3 way crossfire.

Look at any other website that reviews the 4-way crossfire, you will see it scales absolutley wonderfull in call of duty 4.

This article makes you believe it however, does not scale at all.

If I'd had to call one game that scales best on 4 gpu's my answer would be Call of duty 4.

And hell, why do you test such powerfull cards with just a 3GHz cpu? we all know games are not limited by dualcores, quadcore has no benefit at all. Proof? here: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2008/04/07/intel_core_2_duo_e8500_e8400_and_e8200/4

24. so baceicly ive been screwed lol with the 9800x2 by what ive just read will nvidia give back money to unhappy chaps if they cant fix this prob with 2 gpu hehe......
i hope they can look into why there is a probs with framrate well we will have to wait and see somebody is realy taking the p.ss
