Would it be possible to add input latency measurements to future monitor articles?

And also, some monitors (like Samsung's 2253) audibly "hum" when set at certain brightness levels, and I never see reviewers mention this. Such information would also be very useful.

TN are supposed to be 6-BIT, while *VA and IPS are 8-BIT.
No word on this?
It seems pretty important to me.
