For gaming, probably very few people. For use in a low power HTPC, probably more.

I think there is something wrong with your DFI LANParty UT ICFX3200-T2R/G. Your ATI scores are lower than on other websites but you nVidia scores are comparable. So something must be wrong there.

If you look at the price. Its the best card in price range for HTPC. I got mine for $50 US delivered

$50 delivered? Im having a hard time finding even the low end gddr2 version at that price. Not to mention the one reviewed is almost twice that.

Well duh! It is not bought for gaming! The HDMI built in is a big advantage. No sodding around with SPDIF connectors like Nvidia cards and non-existent cables/mobo connections.

It is for HTPC use or people who want video and a quiet card and maybe game old games once in a while. Who does not have video software???

Pretty useless review really. Bit like wondering why a minivan can't keep up well with a ferrari
