I bought a new A genie 2.0 Pro 128. My Win 2000 machine will not read it although I can read it on other machines. I have taken out all USB drivers and reinstalled them but it made no difference. I have re-service packed the machine but it still made no difference. What else can be done?

What could be the problem. The machine reads the other stick I have which is a Kingston 256
