I was surprised that the review did not mention that the Samsung Natural Color Expert software does not work with Vista 64. This has been the biggest downfall and most waited for fix to the XL30 product.

Is there ANY way now to calibrate this screen to use on a Win7x64bit machine?!!

Samsung has locked the LUT on the monitor. i1/Match, Spyder, ColorEyesDisplay can work the LUT on the XL30. HP Dreamcolor calibration loads and recognizes the Samsung, but requires a HPbranded i1 to work with. It does not with the Samsung i1, or a Spyder3elite device
I even tried Virtual PC XP Mode, and NColorExpert does launch but it says the calibration device cannot be found. Unlike under Win764, where the software simply states that the monitor is not compatible with the software, the XP mode does allow you to browse through the tabs, but since the i1 can't be detected for some reason, we cannot calibrate the screen. How can one use this screen with calibrated accuracy under Win7x64? ANYONE?!!!
