Nice review! Still nvidia had half of year to make a better product than ATI so somehow the results are not surprising at all.
One question. For the 16xAA test did you use 4xAA with transparecy+edge detect or
16xAA with transparecy+box, for ATI i mean?

For ATI Radeon we used 8x AA with edge-detect filter and adaptive (transparency) AA. For Nvidia GeForce, mode 16xQ with 8 color and 16 coverage samples per pixel were used.

Bonjour.

Nice review, bon travail.

Je like to make a suggestion. It would be easier to follow the graphs if the Ati and Nvidia cards were in different shades, so we could distinguish. Or maybe have the card we are reviewing a different color in the graphs.

O lala, excuse my poor english, j'essaie.

The "King" of graphics cards is about as important as the monarch of england. This is s figurehead position, the symbolic significance of which is invariably over estimated. The disappearance of the $500 graphics card would mean nothing. Does anyone actually choose their $200 card because of the performance of the $500 card from the same manufacturer? Those people should be have their wallets taken away.
