Core i7-870 "in our case CPU core temperature reached 93 °C" not overheat???? .Very interesting .Next generation Core I xxx achieve 150 C on OC ,also not overheat. What about global warming?.

In this review you stated that all former issues with Core i7 in gaming have vanished. I would like to know what those issue were?
Also, can we see gaming benchmarks at high resolution and maximum in-game graphics settings?

That's a GPU test, not a processor test. Processors will make a marginal difference at high settings where the GPU will be the bottleneck.

Very informative review!

A thing i think many would like to know including me.
Would there be a performance increase if a triple channel DDR3 @ 1333 mhz RAM is paired on an i7 Lynfield processor as compared to a dual channel DDR3 @ 1333 mhz, which these Lynfield processor supports???
Because im kinda confused which type of RAM is best for an i7 860 processor in order to maximize its performance???
