A guy named ( Jehaad Shan'aa ) at Arabhardware.net managed to find that the 300M are based on GT215, GT216 & GT 218 cores, he found the info in the upcoming update for HWiNFO program...
accourding to the same source, the GT200M is already waiting to be launched soon as the exact same update will have support for 250M, 260M and 285M
