Interesting. I have never really even bothered to look at Biostar motherboards before when it comes to mainstream. This looks nice!

However, on Page 2 of the review...

Wight USB ports, six more ports can be connected to onboard pin-connectors

What is a "wight"? Do you mean "eight" as in the number of USB ports on the I/O panel?

I have two Biostar boards and they are fairly good. What's really good about the brad is that they have a great internet community. Their boards have been great OCers but used to lack many bells and whistles. I am glad to see IO panel comparable to the leading brands.
BTW I did notice the "wight" before your post but I did not feel like polluting the discussion. @xbitlabs: Guys I know how eager you are to post new articles. I do not have a beef with typos at all, but can you have a colleague read thoroughly the article once it's online. Chances are she or he will catch most of the typos that were missed during the proofreading process. This way you will publish the article timely and will eliminate the typos before people start posting comments about them.

There was a little to much emphasis on unimportant aspects in this article. My microwave beeps to loud, I removed the back cover and put tape over the speaker opening, end of story.

As for the chip cooling, could it be Biostar made have already had these parts on hand and decided to use them? We won't know, because nobody asked.

For someone wanting to build a folding machine the lower power usage comes in quite handy and appreciated.
