begs to differ:
"The NVIDIA ION platform consumes less power than the platform based on Intel 945GC. We should also mention that ION's graphics core is more energy-efficient, as it offers higher performance and lower power consumption than its competitors."

"NVIDIA estimates that an Ion notebook would have a 12% lower battery life than a standard Atom/945G setup. That’s probably on the conservative end of estimates..."

ixbtlabs is very bad source. They partially imitate xbit name, but they reviews are many many worse than original and contain a lot of doubtful facts. Read Anandtech, Techreport, PCPerspective etc.
