Hello 3DKiller

Thank you for your interest in our work.

It is very hard to answer for result obtained by other companies.

Our system is clean, drivers, patches, updates, etc are only the latest and up-to-date. The quality setting both in drivers and in-game are the same for both AMD and Nvidia products.
Yet... time after time we are getting the same performance level difference between the two respected designs.

Altering in-game setting does indeed decreases the gap, but still, Nvidia products somehow "like" the above mentioned title better.

Something isn't right here alright... since the institution of the new power monitoring testbench we're seeing a rise in power consumption of 25-30%! Were ALL of the old results wrong? Or is the new system having a glitch? We're seeing a jump in HD5770 power usage under heavy 3D load from 61W to 76W and under 100% utilization (torture) from 80W to 108W! Was the original sample some kind of miraculously high bin?!

I'd expect a jump in 3D load results given Crysis: Warhead is closer to a torture test than a game and 3DMark wasn't fully loading the cards anymore, but the huge jump from FurMark to OCCT looks very disturbing! :O
