I always laugh when I see fancy boxes and pretty bags for a PSU. Obviously Seasonic understands that they are selling primarily to impressionable teenagers. How much good does that fancy box and pretty bag help the power output of the PSU? <LOL>

As usual a nice PSU from Seasonic. I personally don't see any big difference between an 80+ bronze and platinum as it won't make much difference in power consumption for 98.999999992 % of consumers. It's nice, but there's a price premium to go from bronze to gold or platinum and that all goes in the price tag as does the fancy box and pretty bag costs.

If you actually need or want a quality 1000W PSU, this is a nice unit for sure.

Probably the best 1000W unit on the market.
