where is the efficiency test at 100v, 110v, 230v?
where is the noise and ripple test?
where is the fan noise test?
where is the voltage regulation test?
where is the overload test?
how much money did they payed you?
i also love how you state on the conclusion "tested"

HCP-1200 having ripple nearly @spec? Something's was done wrong here.

OCZ ZX 1250W would have decent chance at winning this. Slightly worse electrically than AX1200/HCP-1200, but much cheaper.

PS. Enhance = fail. Only 4x PCI-E and not modular?

Was wondering why you would use an APC APU that is only rated at 390 watts and your system is running at 418 watts then you shut off the ac supply to it to see if it swaps without any problem and your draw is higher than your UPS is rated at and fails and this proves what??? with a APC Back-UPS BR1500G and it has just enough wattasge to stave off what I have loaded on it. Maybe you need to spring for a larger one if your gonna continue this line of work! You Think???
