This article does not fit in the list of Extreme Overclocking articles xbitlabs is known for. Can you change the title since it is misleading?
Thank you!

Agreed, I was expecting something like volt mods, high end air/water/N2O cooling, something like that "how to boost your 8800GT" article you had a couple of years ago.

...otherwise a nice article. It's however a decent review of a graphics card, nothing "extreme" about it.

at the webpage Overclockability, Power Consumption, Temperature and Noise ; the 465 is consuming a lot of power and is very noisy and hot while the 470 is below its levels .
is that just ?

Yes. They had a very shitty sample to test and haven't tested another 465 since then so they have no other reference number for that GPU. So while the power consumption, heat and noise numbers are accurate they are not typical for the 465.

Nice review but a lot of people when buying the retail are getting cards that don't oc as well nor have the vrm cooling so I avoided this brand when making my purchase of a GTX 460. I wish that drivers would improve so we could get to the true potential of our cards.

Here are our Editor's Choice GTX460. Please do not listen to people comment but read the real reviews before making your decision. Thank you.
